Do I need any paid tools to use these?

No. The SEO checklist is a PDF and Google Sheets (free). The LinkedIn templates use Canva's free tier. The ROI tracker works in Google Sheets or Excel.

Are these UK-specific?

Yes. The SEO checklist includes UK-specific factors (Google Business Profile, UK directory citations, CIS scheme content signals). The LinkedIn templates reference UK procurement and tendering contexts.

What if I'm not in construction — will these work?

They're optimised for construction — civil engineering, M&E, groundworks, structural contractors — and adjacent sectors like architecture and surveying. Generic businesses would be better served by general-purpose marketing templates.
