About this framework
CWAS3 / RM6320 is the Government Commercial Agency's third-generation Construction Works and Associated Services framework, incorporating ProCure 24. It will replace RM6088, RM6267 / ProCure23 and RM6184 Offsite Construction Solutions. The revised ITT deadline was 4 June 2026 at 3pm, so the supplier window is closed and the procurement is in evaluation.
