About this framework
CWAS3 / RM6320 is the Government Commercial Agency's third-generation Construction Works and Associated Services framework, incorporating ProCure 24 and replacing RM6147. Valued at £120bn and running from 21 January 2027 to 20 January 2035, it consolidates RM6088, RM6267/ProCure23, and RM6184 Offsite. The ITT closed 21 May 2026; the framework is now in evaluation. Award is expected 11 January 2027 with the framework going live 21 January 2027. Note: Crown Commercial Service rebranded to Government Commercial Agency (GCA) on 1 April 2026.
