About this framework
RM6184 is GCA's existing Offsite Construction Solutions framework, covering 2D panelised and 3D volumetric modular solutions. It remains available to eligible public-sector buyers until 31 March 2027 but is not open to new suppliers. It will be replaced by RM6320 / CWAS3.
