About this framework
ProCure24 is the NHS construction framework succeeding ProCure23 (RM6267). It is embedded within the GCA's CWAS3 / RM6320 framework (ITT closed 21 May 2026; award expected 11 January 2027; framework live from 21 January 2027). ProCure24 will cover new build, refurbishment, and infrastructure works across NHS estates in England for projects over £2m. Contractors need strong digital evidence of healthcare capability, ICRA compliance, and HTM familiarity before the framework goes live.
